Katarina is a Solicitor in the professional negligence team in the Bristol Office, specialising in resolving construction insurance disputes against construction professionals including architects, consultants, engineers and contractors.
Katarina has varied dispute resolution experience including litigation, mediation and arbitration.
Prior to joining Beale & Co, Katarina worked as a solicitor at Ashfords LLP in their Construction and Infrastructure team where she advised on all aspects of contentious construction and engineering matters including professional negligence claims. Katarina represented a range of clients in the sector such as developers, contractors, sub-contractors, employers and local authorities.
Upon qualifying in January 2020, Katarina worked for DAC Beachcroft where she handled primarily large loss technical subrogated recovery property damage claims on behalf of insurers and their insureds and gained experience in defending liability claims, policy coverage and fraudulent claims
